Promoting Self Care is huge topic for wellness especially right now. Everybody needs to have some time off for self-care, a deep relaxation promotes healing in the body, brings calmness in the storm, and stillness brings clarity. Adding stretches to bedtime or before walking or playing sports can prevent injury and help with your weak spot. We cannot express hard enough for providing self care into the lifestyle.
Diet is a stressful topic for many people, because it’s a sensitive topic, very private for some people. It is a nourishing and comforting act that we take every day. It’s family time, a quiet moment for a couple, and gathering for friends and family or just your own time. Becoming aware and sensitive to food is good, if you know what you are doing with food. Lots of people have trouble, because there’s too much information out there. Here, we can break it down together, take baby steps to fit your life and personality. No stress, because I don’t want to be your source of stress. We are here to support you.
I loved studying herbs in school. Pharmaceutical drugs were discovered by real herbs back in the day. Herbs are fundamental medicine for both Western and Eastern folk medicine. Times like flu season or having trouble with digestion, having insomnia are good times to try herbs, because they are gentle and no side effects. Body breaks it down easy and able to take in the super food right where it needs it the most.
Body with no prescription drug responds better to herbs, I don’t know exactly why this is, but when body is close to pure, we can take herbs and be able to respond. From my experience, prescription drugs transform the body into different living organism from the inside out. So, now, we have to transform back to natural human being. We can help with either Western essential oil or Chinese herbal medicine. I think of herbs as vitamin and supplements to help and support your body in the most natural way possible.
Inner beauty comes from within. What you eat matters, how you feel about life matters, and your relationships matter. Everything matters for inner beauty. Inner beauty is when you feel calm and your heart feels like you are at the right place in life, doing something that you love to make the money. Inner beauty shines through your face and eyes. We look into your eyes because that is where our spirit shines out and connects to one other. Smile, make eye contact, relax your shoulder, and take a deep breath.
Let your soul shine.
I am amazed with every one of my guests who went through this program. Before and after pictures are so incredible. Twice a week for five weeks is a commitment for us both. During those five weeks, we are focused into you and work through lots of emotions for body, mind and soul. I think it’s only natural when we are working on the body for that intensive program. We work on that pain and release, we talk about diet, we feel our emotion and talk about the truth, and the inner truth.
Face will let go and relax into the naturally beauty that you are.
It is amazing how we hold so much in our face. Face actually holds that emotions and creates wrinkles!! I truly enjoy working with people intensively for five weeks, because we really get to know each other and really connect with hearts.
I will be in my later 40’s by 2030. I hope that we are all doing well. I am sure life has taken us to where we need to go. We have a big dream and we don’t know exactly how it is going to take shape, but we have a dream, a dream to be part of providing services to those who are dying, where home death is accepted. There are lots of deaths. Death is okay. It is sad and hard though and we cannot change that, but we can learn from each death. Each one of us have special something that only that person has and the family who are going through needs extra support, and we want to be there for you.
We want to change the scene around death.
We can communicate with spirit, we can feel them, and we can be in tune to hear their voices.
As a Death Doula, we would create a support system for both caregiver and the family, providing the space to make this life transition amazing.
